Sharing Settings for Outreach

The display of location data within Outreach is subject to the sharing settings of the agency the user entering the location data belongs to (or is switched into).

Within Outreach, the following icons and information are displayed:

Code	Definition	Appearance on Map	Appearance in Encampment Screen
🟩	Marker on map (including First and Last Name)	zoomed out zoomed in
🟨	Uploaded Client Profile image (if applicable) (including First and Last Name)
🟦	Clicking the marker displays Profile Info pop-up (includes First and Last Name, DOB, Location Address, and Location Date)
🟧	View button within Profile Info pop-up (navigates to Client Profile)
⬜	Client locations not visible on map but counted in Encampment as a “private client”	n/a
