Audit Trails (New Clarity Interface)
The new Clarity Human Services interface provides auditing records in areas connected to end user interaction.

Overview
System administrators can access audit logs for client records in the new Clarity interface. All audit log records are accessible in the relevant screen from the action menu located at the top right of the screen.
Audit Logs
Authorized users will see three dots, an action menu icon, to the right of an edit pencil icon on the relevant screen. Hover over the action menu to see a tooltip that reads "Show more actions."
Note: only those users with access to view audit logs will be able to see the audit log link. If no other actions are in the action menu, the action menu icon will not be visible.
Click on the action menu icon and a pop-up will appear that reads "View Audit Log." Click on the View Audit Log button and the audit log screen will appear.
Audit logs display any updates made to any of the data on the associated screen. Items such as the previous value and updated value of a field, the date/time of the update, and the end user who made the update are all historically presented in a concise format.
