System Advanced Options: User Policy Enforcement
The User Policy Enforcement Advanced Option gives System Administrators the ability to create a user policy agreement all Clarity Human Services users must agree to before accessing the system. When attempting to log into Clarity Human Services for the first time (or once the enforcement period has passed), the user will be prompted to sign the user policy agreement. The user will not be able to save the form until a signature is applied to the electronic signature field.
To set up a user policy agreement, click the launchpad and navigate to SETUP > SETTINGS > Advanced Options > User Policy Enforcement.
A user policy is created using the form editor tools.

Users will only see the form if Enable User Policy Enforcement is toggled on. The User Policy Enforcement Period determines how frequently the user will need to agree to the policy.
