[STFF-102-AD] Access Role Staff List

The Access Role Staff List report allows System Administrators to review which users are assigned to a specific Access Role in Clarity Human Services, with filters for CoC, agency, and staff status.

Report Purpose & Summary

This report is designed to review which staff are assigned to a Clarity Human Services Access Role.

Running the Report

Report Location

The report is found in the Administrator section of the Report Library.

Who Can Run the Report

System Administrators and others with the appropriate access level can run the report.

Parameters

The following parameters are required to run the report.

Agency CoC Choose which CoC to report on
Agency Status All, Active, Inactive
Agency(ies)

Choose which agencies to include

Supports All, Single, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

Access Role Choose which access role to review
Staff Status(-es)

Choose which staff status(-es) to include:

  • All

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Locked
  • Deleted

Supports All, Single, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

Based on the selections made on the Parameters page, data will return in the main report table. Staff returned will include those with Primary (Home) agency or Additional Agency Access. Each selected agency will return as a table, with gray row breaks to denote the Staff Status. 

Agency and Staff Name (Last Name, First Name) are returned in alphabetical order.

If no data is returned for the selected parameters, the report displays a No data to display... message.

Drilldown Functionality

Drilldown functionality is not available for this report; all data is returned in the main report table.
