Released Updates

  • A hotfix released on 07/02/2025 resolves an issue with the Client Photo display in the [CLNT-103] Photo ID Card, ensuring it now appears as expected.

  • The [STFF-103] User Active Caseload has been revamped and renamed ([STFF-103] Staff Active Caseload report).  Updates have been released to all instances. The report has been revamped to improve usability by adding additional parameters and multi-select options, updating columns returned and structure in report tables, and new drill down functionality.

    • In Development/Review
      • [STFF-106] User Client Note Hours Tracked updates are in development to add service time tracking to the report with additional parameters and tables to support the addition. 
      • FY 2026 Data Standards Updates
        • Preparation and implementation of the FY2026 Data Standards are underway. Federal reporting updates will go live to train instances on 09/01/2025. 
        • If a custom report is impacted by data standards, the community BFF/CoAd will be reaching out outlining anticipated impact and potential report updates.
