      Report Updates

        • Funding Source Logic Updates 
          • Funding Source Logic has been updated as there is now ability to add multiple grants to a funding source. For more information on these updates, please review the following articles: 
          • This new feature and subsequent logic updates will impact the following reports: 
            • [HUDX-111-(AD)] HUD CSV / XML Program Data Export
              • Updated 02/01/2022
                • Updates were made to Funder.csv to allow for several Funding Grant Identifiers per one Funding Source. FunderID  has also been updated to a string field per programming instructions. 
            • [HUDX-231-AD] LSA Export - Systemwide
              • The LSA Export will not be updated until August 2022. 
        • [GNRL-106] Program Roster
          • "Number of Unique Clients" and "Total Number of Unique Clients" were added to the report tables
        • [GNRL-404] CE Assessment Details Report
          • "Total Clients Assessed" was updated to "Total Number of Assessments"
        • [HUDX-223-AD] System Performance Measures
          • Updated to ensure report ran as expected - logic updates were made to ensure the report captured clients served in multiple CoCs/client locations were pulled into the report per the programming specifications.
        • [HUDX-230-AD] Shelter Count PIT
          • Updated to include a "Continuum Project" filter parameter. It is recommended to use "Yes" to ensure alignment with [HUDX-123-AD] Housing Inventory Count (HIC).

        • Method 2 - Active Clients by Date of Service logic was recently updated with the release of the FY 2022 HMIS Standard Reporting Terminology Glossary.
          • Reports that utilize Method 2 logic for active clients will soon be updated and are listed below:
