Report Updates

• [HUDX-111-AD] HUD CSV / XML Program Data Export [FY 2022] 
  • Updates were made to the export due to the HUD Service Items Dependent Text Field updates outlined in Clarity Human Services: February 2022 Feature Updates
    • This update impacts the following fields: 
      

      CSV Column Value	Associated Clarity Data Field
      OtherTypeProvided	The text field that appears if the value for the si_cat_1_2700 field is 6 (“Other (non-TFA) supportive service approved by VA”)
      MovingOnOtherType	The text field that appears if the value for the si_cat_1_300 field is  5 (“Other”)
      OtherTypeProvided	The text field that appears if the value for the si_cat_2_2800_2100 field is 12 (“Other”)

• [HUDX-228] ESG CAPER [FY 2022]
  • Tables with "Program Applicability: Homeless Prevention" subheaders were updated to "Program Applicability: Homelessness Prevention"

• [HUDX-230-AD] Shelter Count PIT

  • Additional columns were added to the "Persons by Program" table to align with the FY2022 Data Standards gender updates. Please, review FY 2022 Gender: Logic and Updates for more information about the gender logic updates, and FY 2020 to FY 2022 mapping.
    • The following columns were added:
      • Unaccompanied No Single Gender Under Age 18    
      • Unaccompanied Questioning Under Age 18    
      • Unaccompanied Transgender Under Age 18
      • Single Adult No Single Gender Age 18-24
      • Single Adult Questioning Age 18-24
      • Single Adult Transgender Age 18-24
      • Single Adult No Single Gender Age 25+
      • Single Adult Questioning Age 25+
      • Single Adult Transgender Age 25+
  • The logic was updated for Household without Children tables per HUD guidance.

  • Tables with "Homeless Prevention" titles were updated to "Homelessness Prevention"
