    An overview of user activity, system utilization, and key statistics within Clarity Human Services to monitor overall system engagement.

  • Impact Analysis and Needs Assessment

    A dashboard inspired by the National Alliance to End Homelessness guidance in January 2025 to assess the impact of funding freezes/pauses, but can also be utilized to obtain high-level metrics to form narratives for funding, press releases and media requests, and as a template to jumpstart custom analysis projects. 

  • New Customer Configuration Dashboard

    A guide for configuring new customer accounts in HMIS, ensuring proper setup while also serving as a tool for high-level configuration review.

    Complements the main Data Quality Dashboard; this tool provides more in-depth analysis and tailored metrics to improve data integrity checks, drawing inspiration from the HMIS Data Quality Report detailed in the HMIS Reporting Glossary.

  • Client Status
    Provides a comprehensive view of a client's current HMIS status and system interactions, including profile details, enrollment history, and service participation.
  • Recidivism - Returns to Homelessness
    Analyzes data on clients who return to homelessness after exiting programs, helping identify factors contributing to recidivism.
  • System Release of Information
    Provides a Community of Care (CoC) and an Agency-Level analysis of Client Release of Information (ROI) compliance.
