Active Agency |
(Only displays for staff members with Match Maker enabled in their Access Role) Community Queue referral results can be filtered based on the eligibility determination of the referral. When an agency is selected for Active Agency, Eligible Programs and Projects will display for that agency. When Eligible Clients Only is also toggled on, this will limit results to referrals for clients who were determined eligible for programs belonging to the selected Active Agency. Active Agency also impacts which programs a referral can be re-assigned to from the Community Queue tab. If the Matching Process in Referral Settings is set to "Match Maker Controlled" or "Both" and the staff member has Match Maker enabled for their access role, they will only be able to re-assign to programs for the selected Active Agency from the Community Queue tab. The agencies available to be selected will be based on the system Coordinated Entry Type and Referral Settings. |
