Viewing a Referral's History

 

The HISTORY section of a referral displays events that have occurred for a referral, allowing users to see the lifecycle of a referral from creation to completion.

 

To access a referral’s history, navigate to and click the edit icon for the referral either from the global REFERRALS tab or the HISTORY tab within the client record.

The following events, when they occur for a referral, are recorded in that referral’s history:
