Overview
The System Setup Dashboard is available to system administrators and displays information about Clarity Human Services configuration settings, license allocations, and user activity. To access the System Setup Dashboard, click the launchpad and navigate to SETUP > DASHBOARD.
This article includes the following sections:
Dashboard Graph
The DASHBOARD graph displays the number of users logged in during the last 24 hours. Hovering over the graph will display the exact number of users.
User Login Information
Below the Dashboard graph is a list of users currently logged in. The list includes their home agency, access role, and time in the system.
Login Time
This column lists the date the user logged in.
Time On/Idle Time
The column "Time On" displays the total time spent in the system. The column "Idle Time" displays the time since the last login, or last session started.
Columns "Time On" and "Idle Time" can have different values if the user has logged into several browsers at the same time.
For example, a user logged in to Clarity using one browser at 7:00 am, then, without logging off in that browser, logged in to Clarity using another browser at 8:00 am. In this example, the current time is 9:00 am.
- In this example, the "Time On" column will display:
- 9:00 am (current time) - 7:00 am (time of the first login/first session) = 2 hours
- In this example, the "Idle Time" column will display:
- 9:00 am (current time) - 8:00 am (time of the last login/second session) = 1 hour
If the user has only logged one time with one browser, the columns "Time On" and "Idle Time" will have the same time showing.
LOGOUT
Clicking LOGOUT next to the user's name will log the user out of the system.
Subscription Details
The Dashboard also displays the site's subscription details.
