Report Purpose and Summary

This report provides system administrators with a listing of current Clarity Human Services license utilization by Access Role.

Running the Report

Report Location

The report is found in the Administrator Reports section of the Report Library.

Who Can Run the Report

System Administrators, and others with the appropriate access level, can run the report.

Parameters

The following parameters are required to run this report.

Report Details

Users with ‘Active’ and ‘Locked’ status are pulled into the report. 

Note: Bitfocus Staff accounts are not counted for licenses.

There are two sections in the report:

  • MAIN AGENCY ACCESS

  • ADDITIONAL AGENCY ACCESS

Main Agency Access

Information about users is grouped by:

  • Access Role Type - ROLE TYPE: [Access Role Type Name]

  • Access Role - Access Role: [Access Role Name]

  • Main Agency - [Agency Name]

There are 4 totals in this section:

  • # of Staff - the number of users in [Agency Name]

  • Access Role: [Access Role Name] Total - the number of users with Access Role: [Access Role Name]

  • Role Type: [Access Role Type Name] Total - the number of users with Access Role Type - ROLE TYPE: [Access Role Type Name]

  • Staff Total - the total number of licensed users

Additional Agency Access

At the end of the report, a table will be displayed, if applicable, showing the users that have "Additional Access" to an agency. 

Licensed users with additional agency access are listed in this section.

Information about users is grouped by:

  • Access Role - Access Role: [Access Role Name]

  • Additional Agency - [Agency Name]

There are 3 totals in this section:

  • # of Staff - the number of users in [Agency Name]

  • Access Role: [Access Role Name] Total - the number of users with Access Role: [Access Role Name]

  • Additional Agency Access Total - the number of licensed users with additional access (not unduplicated)
