Step-by-step Instructions to Enable the New Clarity Human Services Interface
This article provides the steps to enable the new Clarity Human Services interface and provide access to users.
Overview
System Administrators can enable the new Clarity Human Services interface in their live or training sites.
Activate the New Clarity Human Services Interface
Click on the Launchpad and navigate to SETUP → SETTINGS. Enable the new Clarity Human Services interface in your SYSTEM SETUP SETTINGS by toggling on Enable New Clarity Interface.

Enable Users
During the rollout phase, you have complete control over the Users who have access to the new interface. To provide access to the new interface for the users of your choice, click on the Launchpad and navigate to MANAGE → STAFF. Search for the appropriate users and provide access to the new Clarity Human Services interface by toggling on Access to New Clarity Interface.

When the setting Access to New Clarity Interface is toggled On for a user in their user account settings, they will default to the new Clarity interface at login.

Users will still have the option to navigate back to the current interface by clicking on the pop-out icon (
)at the top right of their screen. Any feature the user encounters that is not yet available in the new Clarity interface will default to the current interface. The user will remain in the current interface until they manually click the pop-out icon to navigate back to the new Clarity interface.
Explore the New Clarity Interface
Users with access to the new interface can switch between the old and new interface by clicking on the pop-out icon to the left of their name in the top right corner.

Click on the same icon in the new interface to switch back.
While You Are There…
Switch to dark mode in the new interface by clicking the Moon icon. Click the Sun icon to return to light mode.

Note: If you click on a feature that is not functional in the new interface, you will automatically switch back to the current interface.
