Description
Type of Report
This is a referral-based report requiring a coordinated entry assessment related to a client program enrollment to be included in this report. The coordinated entry assessment must have the Eligibility Engine active/on.
Purpose
To provide details about clients on coordinated entry queues.
Running the Report
Who Can Run the Report
All users can run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user.
Report Location
The report can be found in the Community and Referrals section of the Report Library.
Parameters
The following parameters are required to run this report:
CoC |
Select a CoC *This CoC will align with the Community Queue and Referring Agency CoC. |
Sharing Group |
Choose which sharing group to use for the report. *This is only available for communities that have chosen "Coordinated Entry Type - Sharing Groups Based". |
Queue(s) |
Choose which community queue to include in the report.

Race and Ethnicity(-ies) |
Choose which Race and Ethnicity to include in the report for analysis. All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.) |

Veteran Status | Choose which Veteran Status to include in the report for analysis. |
Any Disability Status |
Choose which Disability Status to include in the report for analysis. Disability Status is pulled from the enrollment screen. |

Specifications
Universe
To be included the following conditions must be met:
- Assessment, Eligibility Engine: On (See System Setup, Screens)
- Referring agency's CoC = [CoC] AND
- Referral is currently on Community Queue AND
- Referral is on [Queue] selected AND
- Referral is made from a Coordinated Entry client assessment AND
- Both referral and CE client assessment are shared with the user running the report
Please note, if there is more than one processor on the assessment, there will be a row for each processor. The assessment score will only display if Display Score is active/on. (See System Setup, Screens)
