[RFRL-120] Community Queue Detail

Type of Report

This is a referral-based report in which clients from the Community Queues are divided into groups:

  • Clients on the community queue who are between the ages of 18-24
  • Clients on the community queue who are veterans
  • Clients in community queue with income
  • Clients on the community queue who have been in jail or prison
  • Clients on the community queue who reported having no insurance

Purpose

To provide details about clients that were referred to the Community Queue by the agencies with the same CoC as the current agency.

Running the Report

Who Can Run the Report

All users can run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the user's access rights.

Report Location

This report can be found in the following location in the Report Library:

  • Community and Referrals  → [RFRL-120] Community Queue Detail

Parameters

CoC Select the single, predefined option: the CoC of the current agency.
Primary Coordinated Entry Sharing Group

Note: this option is only displayed for instances with Coordinated Entry Type = "Sharing Groups Based."

Select the single, predefined option: the Primary Coordinated Entry Sharing Group of the current agency.

Queue(s)
  • If the If the Coordinated Entry Type is "Continuum of Care Based," this list will be based on the CoC parameter.
  • If the Coordinated Entry Type = "Sharing Groups Based," this list will be based on the Primary Coordinated Entry Sharing Group parameter.

Choose which Queue(s) to include: 

All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

Report Output Format Web page, PDF, or Excel

Report Details

A client will be pulled into the report if:

  • The client has a pending referral in a Community Queue selected in the Parameters.
AND
  • The client was referred to a Community Queue by an agency of a CoC selected in the Parameters.


The report includes the following details, grouped by the tables described below:

  • Unique ID
    • Links to the client profile.
  • Age
    • Displays a client's age at the moment the referral was created.
  • VI-SPDAT
                       AND
      • The assessment processor's Display Code contains "SPDAT"
        • if there are several scores for an assessment processor with "SPDAT" in its Display Code, the most recent one will be displayed

Tables Included in the Report


Clients on the community queue who are between the ages of 18-24

A referral appears in this section if the client's age on the referral creation date was between 18 and 24.


Clients on the community queue who are veterans 

A referral appears in this section if:

  • The client's age at the referral creation date was at or greater than 18.
AND
  • The client's Veteran Status = "Yes."


Clients in community queue with income

A referral appears in this section if VI-SPDAT Socialization Q15 ="Yes" in the referral's assessment.


Clients on the community queue who have been in jail or prison

A referral appears in this section if:

  • Previously in Jail = "Yes" in the referral's assessment
OR
  • Previously in Prison = "Yes" in the referral's assessment


Clients on the community queue who reported having no insurance

A referral appears in this section if No Insurance is checked on the referral's assessment.
