      Pentaho Release Notes - October 2024

      Released Updates

      • Inventory Reporting
        • Inventory calculations have been updated in reports to align with Clarity Development.  Inventory calculations are based on the selected Use Inventory Calculated Records setting at the program level. 
      • Demographics Reports Updates

        • [OUTS-106(-AD)] Client Demographics [Program-Based] and [OUTS-108(-AD)] CE Demographics Report have been updated to include enrollment-based R3 Sexual Orientation responses per a submitted UserVoice Idea. 

      • FY 2024 LSA - Release Date: 11/01/2024 
        • LSA specifications have been released to vendors and updates have been investigated and implemented and will be released with a 'BETA' label as we approach the FY2024 LSA Specifications and Data Dictionary documentation being finalized and released to the HUD Exchange.
          • Once specifications are released on the HUD Exchange, the 'BETA' label will be removed. We will continue to monitor and implement any logic shifts in specifications if they occur after the finalized date.
        • Updates include HIC improvements (a new parameter, performance updates, and including OPH project types in PIT Counts), and logic updates for HMIS Participation periods and enrollment dates. 

      Upcoming Updates

      • [HUDX-111] CSV/XML Export
        • The underlying code for the CSV/XML Export is being updated to improve performance and to update how PITCount column logic is calculated based on the Deleted Data prompt.

      • [STFF-104] Staff Client Data Activity Report

        • The report is being updated to include “Referral Scheduled” and “Referral Cancelled” as Staff Activities.
