      Pentaho Release Notes - October 2022

      Report Updates 

      • Coordinated Entry Events Updates
        • Events Versions of the [HUDX-111] HUD CSV / XML Program Data Export [FY 2022] and  [HUDX-235-AD] CE APR [FY 2022] reports have been released to all train instances. These reports will be released on live sites on November 14, 2022. 
      • Inventory Functionality Updates
        • Referral reports ([RFRL-103] and [RFRL-104]) and [CLNT-102] Client History have been updated to include inventory-related data (Unit Assignments/Referrals).  Updated articles have been released in tandem with the reports. 
      • [GNRL-106] Program Roster has been updated to ensure the date format within the report can be sorted chronologically. The Program Roster article has been updated to include troubleshooting tips and tricks to ensure sorting in Excel is as expected. In addition to this update, the report has been updated to include an HoH filter prompt and bolded HoH formatting to quickly identify clients that are HoH or Household members. 
      • It has been brought to our attention that HDX 2.0 is currently not yet accepting the FY 2022 LSA report structure. As a result, the [HUDX-231-AD] LSA Export - Systemwide [FY 2021] report is now available as well as the FY 2022 version in the Report Library within Clarity Human Services. 
        • Please note, once HDX 2.0 accepts the FY 2022 LSA report structure on 11/01/2022, the FY 2021 version will be retired and removed from the Report Library. 
      • [GNRL-400] Program Linked Service Review excel output formatting was updated. There is now a Program Name column as opposed to a merged row. 
      • [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality [FY 2023] report was released with the updated programming specification updates. 

      Upcoming Updates 

      • Coordinated Entry Events Revamp
        • Reports that include CE Event data are being updated to align with the upcoming Coordinated Entry Events Revamp. Reports will continue to run as expected without any updates needed or System Admin action items. 
          The following reports will be updated:
          • [HUDX-111-AD] HUD CSV / XML Program Data Export
          • [HUDX-235-AD] CE APR
      • Inventory Functionality Updates
        • Additional Supplemental Unit Queue reports are being developed at this time to highlight current unit configuration at a glance and detailed unit referral information. 
      • [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report, [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report, and [HUDX-228] ESG CAPER specifications for FY2023 have been released. FY2023 versions of the report will be released soon. FY2022 versions of the reports will remain available until 01/01/2023.
