Released Updates

  • [DQXX-105-AD] Monthly Agency Utilization report has been updated  to include drill down functionality, totals, and updates to the Agencies with No Clarity Usage table to streamline agency utilization review. This report is available on train instances and will be available on all instances on 11/04/2025. 

  • A hotfix was released on 11/12/2025 to all instances to ensure client's aging into adulthood prior to report start date are appropriately referencing the proper individual or inherited 3.917 fields. An AAQ was submitted to confirm expectations and the update was implemented. This update impacts a commonly utilized Chronic Homeless at Project Start calculation utilized in the following reports:

  • An improvement was released on 11/14/2025 to optimize a query in the [HUDX-231-AD] LSA Export to improve report run time. 

  • An update was made to the  [HUDX-225(-AD)] HMIS Data Quality Report, [HUDX-227(-AD)] Annual Performance Report, and [HUDX-228(-AD)] ESG CAPER reports after receiving further guidance via HUD HMIS AAQ. An issue in specifications was identified flagging Sage Validation issues for Parenting Youth comparisons . This update affects Q5a, Row 14 ('Number of parenting youth under age 25 with children') by applying an additional condition to filter only adults and heads of households. This guidance will be communicated to vendors during the next monthly vendor call hosted by the Data Lab, and will be incorporated into the data standards documentation as soon as possible.
