      Released Updates

      • FY 2024 LSA - Release Date: 11/01/2024 
        • LSA specifications have been released to vendors and updates have been investigated and implemented and will be released with a 'BETA' label as we approach the FY2024 LSA Specifications and Data Dictionary documentation being finalized and released to the HUD Exchange.
          • Once specifications are released on the HUD Exchange, the 'BETA' label will be removed. We will continue to monitor and implement any logic shifts in specifications if they occur after the finalized date.
        • Updates include HIC improvements (a new parameter, performance updates, and including OPH project types in PIT Counts), and logic updates for HMIS Participation periods and enrollment dates. 
        • *Update - 11/07/2024
          • A temporary issue may have caused some reports to be rejected due to flags associated with LSACalculated. This issue has been expedited for resolution and is no longer replicable. If you encountered this error, please run and resubmit the report.
      • [HUDX-111] CSV/XML Export
        • The underlying code for the CSV/XML Export is has been updated to improve performance, alignment with CSV Specifications, and to update how PITCount column logic is calculated based when Include Deleted Data is selected.
        • An update was made to 4.04 Health Insurance logic was updated to only return values for HOPWA funded projects for elements 4.04.3A - 4.04.11A. 
        • A hotfix has been applied to improve date logic. If Eva flags were triggered during the upload process, please run and reupload the report to resolve these errors.
      • [HUDX-227(-AD)] Annual Performance Report
        • The column headers in the supplemental drill-down for table Q19a1 have been revised to align with the Annual Assessment data in the report, enhancing clarity.

      • [DQXX-120-AD]: Project Households with issues in HoH Determination

        • The following parameters have been added to the report prompts: Project Type(s), Program Status, and Program(s).

      Upcoming Updates

      • [STFF-104] Staff Client Data Activity Report

        • The report is being updated to include “Referral Scheduled” and “Referral Cancelled” as Staff Activities.
