Report Updates
- Coordinated Entry Events Revamp
- The following reports have been updated and released:
- [HUDX-111-AD] HUD CSV / XML Program Data Export
- [HUDX-235-AD] CE APR
- The following reports have been updated and released:

- Reports that include CE Event data are being updated to align with the upcoming Coordinated Entry Events Revamp. Reports will continue to run as expected without any updates needed or System Admin action items.
- Non-Event Versions of the reports will be retired at the end of the month.
Upcoming Updates
- FY 2023 Report Updates
- [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report and [HUDX-235-AD] CE APR specifications for FY2023 have been released. FY2023 versions of the report will be released soon. FY2022 versions of the reports will remain available until 01/01/2023.
- [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report [FY 2023] and [HUDX-228] ESG CAPER [FY2023] were released to all instances.
- [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report and [HUDX-235-AD] CE APR specifications for FY2023 have been released. FY2023 versions of the report will be released soon. FY2022 versions of the reports will remain available until 01/01/2023.
- Inventory Functionality Updates
- Additional Supplemental Unit Queue reports are being developed at this time to highlight current unit configuration at a glance and detailed unit referral information.
- HIC/PIT Report Improvements
- [HUDX-123-AD] Housing Inventory (HIC) and [HUDX-230-AD] Shelter Count PIT FY2023 versions are currently being reviewed and updated.
- [HUDX-123-AD] Housing Inventory (HIC) will be updated to include improved Rapid Rehousing Program information, updated latest enrollment logic, drill downs, funding data, and organization information.
- [HUDX-230-AD] Shelter Count PIT will be updated to include an improved Persons by Programs table
- [HUDX-123-AD] Housing Inventory (HIC) and [HUDX-230-AD] Shelter Count PIT FY2023 versions are currently being reviewed and updated.
- Program-Level Service Reports
- New reports similar [GNRL-103] Service Census, [GNRL-104] Service Summary, and [GNRL-211] Service Issuance are currently being discussed for report creation to review services by program.
