      Pentaho Release Notes - August 2023

      Released Updates

      • [HSNG-102] CoC Housing Assessment Report

        • The report has been updated to show percentages instead of counts for each month. A new "LOS within Month" column has been added to the Drilldown detail section of the report. The numerator in the percentage calculation has been updated to work with different project types:
          • ES Entry Exit, TH, and SH: Total days clients were enrolled in the program within the month.
          • ES Night by Night: Total bed nights clients have for the program within the month.
          • PH Programs: Total days on/after housing move-in date clients were enrolled in the program within the month.
        • A new note has been added to the top of the report:
          • Monthly Utilization is calculated with Length of Stay methodology from the Reporting Glossary and Monthly Inventory. If a cell has an asterisk, there was no bed and unit inventory configured for the month.
      • Inventory Functionality Updates
        • Additional Supplemental Unit Queue reports have been developed to highlight current unit configuration at a glance and detailed unit referral information.
          • These new reports are named "[UNIT-102] & [UNIT-102-AD] Unit Client Detail - Referral" and "[UNIT-103] & [UNIT-103-AD] Unit Client Detail - Enrollment".

      • [HUDX-111] HUD CSV/XML Program Data Export
        • The report is being updated with the changes to the Reporting Glossary and Data Dictionary based on FY2024 updates.
      • [HUDX-231-AD]  LSA Export [FY 2023]
        • Bitfocus is working to update the LSA export with the FY2024 HUD Data Dictionary Updates and any additional updates as required by HUD.
      • [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report
        • The report is being updated with the changes to the Reporting Glossary and Data Dictionary based on FY2024 updates.
      • [HUDX-227] Annual Performance Report [FY 2023]
        • The report is being updated with the changes to the report specifications and Reporting Glossary based on FY2024 updates.
      • [HUDX-228] ESG CAPER [FY 2023]
        • The report is being updated with the changes to the report specifications and Reporting Glossary based on FY2024 updates.
