Purpose
The Night-by-Night Shelter Daily Analysis LookML dashboard analyzes clients with a night-by-night emergency shelter bed night on the date specified in the "Analysis Date" filter with the default set to the last complete day (yesterday). The content is broken down into 5 Looks focusing on "Clients in Beds on the Analysis Date", "Available Beds", Missing ROIs", "Profile Screen Data Quality (DQ) Errors", and "Enrollment Screen DQ Errors".
This dashboard only works with programs that use the HUD "Emergency Shelter - Night-by-Night" Project Type Code. This dashboard will not show data for programs that do not have a project type of "Emergency Shelter - Night-byNight".
Dashboard Filters

Clients in Beds on the Analysis Date
This Look contains a table showing the clients served in the night-by-night shelter on the selected analysis date. This table includes "Unique Identifier", "Personal ID", "Current Age", "Project Start Date", "Project Exit Date", and "Days in Project" information.
Available Beds
This Look contains a donut pie chart showing the available beds separated into "Occupied" and "Available Beds". The donut pie chart defaults by showing the percentages but you can hover your mouse over the percentage to see the associated count information.
Missing ROIs
This Look contains a single count showing clients served in the night-by-night shelter on the selected analysis date that are missing ROIs.
Profile Screen DQ Errors
This Look contains error counts by the client for universal data elements found on the client profile screen (DE# 3.01 - 3.07).
Enrollment Screen DQ Errors
This Look contains error counts by the client for universal data elements found on the enrollment screen (DE# 3.08, 3.15, 3.16, and 3.917).
