Inventory Module - Bed/Unit Occupancy Overview - UCT Program Linked

Purpose

The Inventory - Bed/Unit Occupancy Overview dashboard provides a comprehensive breakdown of the current status of inventory module units and beds across five categories: Active - Available, Active - Pending Occupancy, Active - Occupied, Inactive, and Offline. The dashboard offers filterable lists within these categories, detailing key information about the units and beds, including current and pending occupants. This tool is specifically designed for configurations where program data is linked to beds/units through Unit Configuration. 

For communities using a setup where program data is connected via the building or unit (rather than Unit Configuration), adjustments are required throughout the dashboard. This includes modifying dashboard filters and replacing the “Inventory – Programs: Programs Served by the Unit Configuration: Program Name – Unit Configuration” field with either the “Program Name – Building” or “Program Name – Unit” fields, as appropriate. Additionally, the “Project Type Code – Unit Configuration” field should be substituted with the corresponding Building and Unit project type fields. Dashboard Filters

All dashboard filters, except for the "Beds Enabled (Yes/No)" filter, are linked to every Look on the dashboard. The "Beds Enabled (Yes/No)" filter is only connected to the unit/bed lists, and it is set by default to display both units with and without beds enabled. Additionally, some filters are interlinked to refine the available filter options based on prior selections. The following outlines how these filters are interconnected:

Units without Beds by Availability

This section of the dashboard focuses on the current availability/status of all units without beds.

Units without Beds Occupancy Overview

This Look counts units without beds by the following status/availability categories out of the total unit without beds count:

• Active- Available
• Active- Pending Occupancy
• Active- Occupied
• Inactive
• Offline

Units w/o Beds by Availability

This Look contains the same data as the previous Look but displays it in a pie chart.

Beds by Availability

This section of the dashboard focuses on the current availability/status of all beds.

Bed Occupancy Overview

This Look counts beds by the following status/availability categories out of the total beds count:

• Active- Available
• Active- Pending Occupancy
• Active- Occupied
• Inactive
• Offline

Beds by Availability

This Look contains the same data as the previous Look but displays it in a pie chart. 

Bed & Unit Availability Lists

This section of the dashboard contains bed/unit lists broken out by current availability/status.

Available Beds/Units

This Look lists all of the currently available beds and units. All dashboard filters are applied to this Look.

Pending Occupancy Beds/Units

This Look lists all currently pending occupancy beds and units, including client data for the pending occupant. All dashboard filters are applied to this Look.

Occupied Beds/Units

This Look lists all currently occupied beds and units, including client data for the current occupant. All dashboard filters are applied to this Look. 

Inactive Beds/Units

This Look lists all currently inactive beds and units. All dashboard filters are applied to this Look.

Offline Beds/Units

This Look lists all currently offline beds and units. All dashboard filters are applied to this Look.
