Inventory Model: Currently Available Units
A community Matchmaker is seeking the count of currently available units. With a few clicks in the Inventory Model, this data can be produced. This Look creates a table with a count of available units by project type code.
The steps below outline how to create this Look.
- Explore - Inventory Model
- Fields
Add the following fields to the Look:

- Dimensions
- Inventory - Programs - Project Type Code - Unit
- Measures
- Inventory - Building Units - Count
- Dimensions
Add the following fields as filters to the Look:

- Unit Availability Status - Current Availability: is equal to Available
Select Totals in the Data Toolbar.
To take this review a step further, the Look below highlights which units are open and the corresponding programs for a specific project type - in this case: currently available PSH units.

Add the following fields as filters to the Look:

- Inventory - Programs - Project Type Code - Unit: is equal to: PH - Permanent Supportive Housing (disability required for entry)
- Unit Availability Status - Current Availability: is equal to Available
Select Totals in the Data Toolbar. Update the Row Limit as needed.
