      [GNRL-407] Service Summary [Program Based]

      Report Purpose & Summary 

      Similar to [GNRL-104] Service Summary, this report provides a number of unique clients, number of services, and number of service days per selected service within the report date range. Unlike the [GNRL-104] Service Summary, this report has a table for each program to differentiate where the client received the service(s). 

      Running the Report  

      Who Can Run the Report  

      All users can run the report. There are restrictions on which information can be accessed based on the user's access rights.

      The Admin version of the report can be run across agencies by System Administrators and others with the appropriate access roles.

      Report Location 

      This report can be found in the following locations in the Report Library:

      • Program Based Reports  → [GNRL-407] Service Summary [Program Based]
      • Administrator Reports → [GNRL-407-AD]  Service Summary [Program Based]

      Parameters 

      The following parameters are needed to determine the criteria for data returns in the report.  

      Project Type(s) 

      Choose which project type(s) to include: 

      All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

      Program Status 
      • All Programs 
      • Active Programs 
      • Inactive Programs 

      Program(s) 

      Choose which program(s) to include: 

      All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

      Service Category(-ies) 

      Choose which service category(ies) to include: 

      All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

      Service: Service Item(s) 

      Choose which service item(s) to include: 

      All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

      Report Date Range 

      The date range of the provided services to include in the report 

      Report Output Format 

      Web Page, PDF, or Excel 

      Additional Administrator Report Parameters 

      CoC 

      		 Select a CoC.

      Agency Status 
      • All Agencies 
      • Active Agencies 
      • Inactive Agencies 

      Agency Filter Category 

      Choose an option for applying the CoC filter:

      • Agency CoC: Data will pull from Agencies with the selected CoC(s)
      • Program CoC: Data will only pull from Programs/Projects with the selected CoC(s)
      • Site CoC: Data will only pull from Sites with the selected CoC(s) 
      • Inventory CoC: Data will only pull from Bed Inventories with the selected CoC(s). Note: Choosing this option will limit to only those projects with Bed Inventories.

      Agency(-ies) 

      Choose which agency(ies) to include: 

      All, Single Select, or Multi-Select (Hold Control/Command or Hold Shift to select multiple options sequentially.)

      Report Details 

      The information in this report is pulled from services provided within the report date range at the program level. To begin, this report will provide the following information: 

      • Program Name 
      • Service Name and Service Item Name 
        • If a selected program does not provide the selected service(s), the table will return “N/A” for the Service Name and Service Item Name. 
      • Number of Unique Clients 
      • Number of Services 
      • Number of Service Days
        • This is a total count of the number of services that occurred within the report date range.
          • Long-term services are counted from start date to end date, inclusive of the dates (so, for example, 01/05/2023 - 01/06/2023 are counted as 2 days).
          • Attendance-based services are based on the attendance dates.
          • Single Event services are based on the event date.

      Note: Service dates are not unduplicated; for example, 12 food services for a client that overlap on 01/05 will count as 12 Service Days.

      Drilldown Functionality 

      Drilldown functionality is available for this report. To drill down, click on any count. The drilldown functionality will then provide the following information: 

      • Unique Identifier 
      • Client Name 
      • Service Period 
      • Fundings 

      Below the drilldown table, there is a count of Unique Clients and the total Funding Amount for the service offered at this program within the date range.
