Report Purpose & Summary
Similar to [GNRL-103] Service Census, this report provides a count of clients that received selected services per day within the report date range. Unlike [GNRL-103] Service Census, this report has a table for each program to differentiate where the client received the service. Drilldown functionality generates all client names for those who received each service, as well as a data quality score, and the staff member responsible for entering the information.

Report Details
The Service Census [Program Based] report gathers information based on services provided at the program level. The information in this report is pulled from service transactions conducted during the reporting period within an enrollment.
Programs with No Service Provided
The first table in the report will return a list of selected programs that had no applicable service transactions within enrollments. This table will only be displayed if there are programs that did not provide selected services within the report date range.
Service Listing
There is a service listing table for each program selected in the parameters. Services selected in the report parameters and provided to clients will be grouped by month and displayed on the left side of the report if they have been provided to a client.
Each month included in the report is broken down into calendar days. The individual cells indicate the number of clients receiving that particular service for that particular day.
Below the service counts by day is a table with the total number of services provided and total number of unduplicated clients served.
Services without any Households Served
This table displays services selected in the parameter options that were not provided to any households per program. This table will only be displayed if there are selected services that were not provided to clients during the reporting period.
Drilldown Functionality
Drilldown functionality is available for this report. drilldowns can be accessed by selecting any count within the report. These drilldowns will contain a table with Unique ID, Client Name, a Data Quality Score, and the responsible staff person for entering the client’s information on the client profile screen. The total count of clients and average data quality scores are found below the table.
Data Quality Drilldown
Clicking the client name in the initial drilldown screen will provide Data Quality information for that particular client. The 8 fields used to calculate the data quality score are Quality of Name, Social Security Number, Quality of Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Quality of Date of Birth, Gender, Race and Ethnicity, and Veteran Status. This information can assist the user in resolving data quality issues and increase the AVG DQ%.
