[GNRL-401] VI-SPDAT Details

Report Purpose and Summary

The VI-SPDAT Details report returns a list of clients assessed during the reporting period and VI-SPDAT score details.

Running the Report

Report Location

The report is found in the Community and Referrals section of the Report Library.

Who Can Run the Report

All users can run the report. There are restrictions for which information can be accessed based on the rights of the user.

Parameters

The following parameters are required for the report.

Assessment(s) Choose which VI-SPDAT assessments to include in the report
Report Date Range Choose the date range of assessments to include
Report Output Format Web Page, PDF, Excel

 

Note: If the report contains more than 80,000 rows, the Report Output Format will be automatically changed to Excel.

Admin Report Additional Parameters

  • CoC - Only one CoC may be reported in running the report 

Report Tables

Each table includes the following columns: 

  • Date (Assessment Date) 
  • Client Full Name
  • Unique ID
  • Age
  • Gender
    • OGI = Other Gender Identity
    • PNTA = Prefers Not To Answer
  • Veteran (Status)
  • VI-SPDAT (Total Score)
  • General Information (Subsection Score)
  • History of Housing and Homelessness (Subsection Score)
  • Risks  (Subsection Score)
  • Socialization and Daily Functions (Subsection Score)
  • Wellness (Subsection Score)
  • Referral Made (Yes/No)
  • Contact Info (Yes/No)
    • 'Yes' if there is contact information in the Contact tab

    • 'No'  if there is no contact information in the Contact tab

  • Location Info (Yes/No) 
    • 'Yes' if there is location information in the Location tab

    • 'No' if there is no location information in the Location tab

Note: Location information is impacted by sharing settings. If sharing is limited, Location results will reflect data according to the appropriate sharing settings. 

  • Agency (Assessing Agency)
  • Staff (Assessing Staff) 

Each selected Assessment will be displayed in a separate section. The tables within each assessment subsection reflect a different Score Range. The client assessments will be sorted by Assessment Date in descending order and Client Name in ascending order.

At the end of each assessment section is a Missing Score table. If clients are pulled into this section, it means the Assessment Processor does not have Score Ranges at all or that those clients' scores are outside the range.
