Type of Report
This report is based on project enrollments. Clients without an enrollment will not be included in the Program Details Report
The Program Details Report returns all the fields and corresponding responses for selected screens. Additionally, the report provides some profile and Housing Service information, depending on the screen selected.
Running the Report
Who Can Run the Report
Anyone can run the report but the returned information will be limited based on the access rights of the user.
An Administrator version of the report is also available [GNRL-220-AD]. System administrators and users with additional access can run the report across multiple agencies.
The report is found in the Program Based Reports section of the Report Library
The following parameters are required for the Program Details report:
- Project Type(s)
- Program Status
- Screen Type(s): This is now a multi-select parameter
- All Screens Data
- Entry Data
- Status Assessment Data
- Annual Assessment Data
- Current Living Situation
- Exit Data
- Follow-up Assessment Data
- Active Enrollments
- New Enrollments - Start Date is within the reporting period
- Report Date Range
This report is only available in Zip with xlsx files format. There will be a separate workbook for each program and screen type selected.
Admin Report Additional Parameters
- CoC - Only one CoC may be reported in running of the report
- Agency Status - Active, Inactive or All
- Agency(ies) - Use the CTRL key to select more than one agency
The specifications for this report are straightforward and based on standard HMIS enrollment logic.
- All clients and enrollments where
- [Program Name] is selected AND
- Enrollment is Active during the reporting period AND
- [Data Collection Stage Date] is within the reporting period for the selected screen type
- For this does not apply to Entry Screen data unless "New Enrollments" was selected as a parameter
