      Data Analysis Release Notes 12/3/2024

      Release Notes Summary

      The changes outlined here will be released to Looker training instances on 11/19/2024 and production instances on 12/3/2024. Deployment should be complete by 8am ET. There may be slight delays when accessing Looker after the release as the system updates are being applied.


      Client Model, Coordinated Entry Model, Inventory Model


      Seven new fields related to Referral Date and Referral Status Date have been added.  


      The formatting of eight assessment score and assessment subscore fields have been updated so that they display results no longer than 2 decimal places. 


      Action Required: None


      Client Model, HMIS Performance Model, Outreach Model


      "Template Name" and "Template Status" are now available in the "Template Details" group of the Program View.

      A new field "Customer Portal Enabled" has been added to the "Agencies" view.

       

      A new, “Map Layers” view has been added with six new fields.  Three new fields related to Encampment Boundaries have been added in the "Encampments" View. 

       

      Twelve new date dimensions related to "New Clarity Interface Last Switch" and "Clarity 2.0 Interface Last Switch" have been added to the "Staff" view.

       

      Detailed Release Notes


      Client Model, Coordinated Entry Model, Inventory Model


      The field "Created Date" under the "Referrals" and "Referral History" views have been updated to include ‘time’ as a timeframe option.  A new field has been added for "Status Date" under the "Referrals" view.  These updates will impact the Client, Coordinated Entry, and Inventory models.  


      The following Assessment Score fields in the “Client Assessments” view have been updated to display up to two decimal places:

      HMIS Performance Model


      The following Assessment Score fields in the “Client Assessments” view have been updated to display up to two decimal places:

      Outreach Model


      The field "Is Last Boundary per Encampment" has been added to the 'Encampment Boundaries' View. The field will return "Yes" if an encampment boundary is the encampment's most recent recorded boundary in the system, "No" if not, and null if otherwise. 


      New Fields: 

      • “Is Last Boundary per Encampment”
        • Description: “This is the latest Boundary per Encampment (based on date or ID if matching dates)”
        • LookML Field Name: “latest_encampment_boundary.is_latest_encampment_boundary”

      Project Descriptor Model


      A new field "Customer Portal Enabled" has been added to the "Agencies" view in the Project Descriptor Model. 


      One New View has been added to the Project Descriptor Model with six new fields.  Three new fields have been added to the Project Descriptor model in the "Encampments" View. 


      Dimensions "New Clarity Interface Last Switch" and "Clarity 2.0 Interface Last Switch" have been added to the "Staff" view for the Project Descriptor model. These "time" dimensions collect the last time the user switched to the Clarity 2.0 Interface or to the New Clarity Interface.

      • Customer Portal Enabled
        • Description: " Is the Customer Portal enabled for this agency? Toggle is located on the Customer Portal page in the agency's Sharing Settings. Agency settings inherit from System Settings for the Customer Portal by default. Customer portal may be enabled for all agencies on the Customer Portal page in System Settings."

          • Description: "The Date and Time Input by the User that the Boundary was Reflected."
