Coordinated Entry Checklist
Prior to starting Coordinated Entry configuration, communities should think strategically about what goals they want to achieve and what their reporting needs are. We encourage communities to map out workflows that impact the various stages of the coordinated entry process -- access, assessment, and referral.
Once your planning is complete, you can begin configuration. Coordinated entry configuration is a multi-step process, where many steps have to be completed in a specific order. Clarity Human Services offers flexibility and multiple configurations. The Coordinated Entry Configuration Checklist guides commutes through the most popular coordinated entry designs and aligns with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Coordinated Entry Data Standards.
