Coordinated Entry: Assessment Level Analysis Dashboard
Purpose
The Coordinated Entry: Assessment Level Analysis Dashboard helps monitor Coordinated Assessment activity by distinguishing between enrollment-linked and non-enrollment-linked assessments. A key focus is identifying clients whose most recent CE assessment is not linked to an enrollment, which can impact their inclusion in CE APR tables (excluding Table Q10). This allows users to identify linkage issues, manage configurations, and improve data quality for reporting.
The Coordinated Entry Assessment Level Analysis dashboard offers three distinct sections.
- Coordinated Entry Assessments During the Analysis Period: This initial section examines all CE assessments conducted within a user-specified timeframe, defaulting to the past 3 months. It highlights clients who may be excluded from the CE APR, compares enrollment-linked and non-enrollment-linked assessments, and provides an analysis of both types of CE assessments.
- Non-Enrollment Linked CE Assessments Over the Past 3 Years: This second section examines non-enrollment linked CE assessments from the past three years. It is not influenced by the Analysis Period filter. The analysis covers three timeframes: Year to Date, Last Complete Year, and the Year Prior to the Last Complete Year.
- CE Assessments Configuration: Finally, the dashboard offers a detailed list of all active CE assessments, categorized by agency and program levels.
Dashboard Filters
The dashboard includes seven filters that enable more detailed analysis by narrowing results based on Analysis Period, Assessing Agency CoC, Assessing Agency Name, Assessment Name, Assessing User, Client Full Name, and Client Unique Identifier. Coordinated Entry Assessments During the Analysis Period
This section of the dashboard is comprised of 6 Looks that analyze Coordinated Entry (CE) assessments completed during the filterable Analysis Period and highlights those completed outside of an enrollment (Non-Enrollment Linked), as well as assessments that are linked to an enrollment. The default Analysis Period is set to the last 3 months, and all dashboard filters are applied to this section.

- Non-Enrollment Linked CE Assessments During the Analysis Period
- Offers insights into CE assessments that are not associated with an enrollment and provides a percentage comparison of unlinked assessments relative to the total number of CE assessments.
-
Clients Potentially Excluded from the CE APR During the Analysis Period
-
Tallies the clients whose most recent CE assessment lacks an enrollment connection, potentially leading to their exclusion from the CE APR tables. It is important to note that this evaluation does not pertain to table Q10 in the CE APR Table, as clients do not need an assessment to appear in Q10. Furthermore, it offers a comparison of the overall non-enrollment linked assessments. The "Row Limit Alert" table calculation indicates if the Looker internal row limit (5,000) has been exceeded. If so, select a shorter "Analysis Period" for more accurate results
