2024 Holiday Schedule for Bitfocus Support Team Agents

This can be used to identify when tickets will be processed by the support team between Wednesday 12/25/24 through to Wednesday 1/1/25.

From 12/25/24 to 1/1/25, the Bitfocus support team will be working a modified schedule in honor of the holiday period.  Please reference that schedule below and we hope you have a joyous holiday season.

  • Wednesday 12/25/24: Offices are closed in honor of the Christmas Day holiday.
    • There will be no standard processing of tickets.
    • Tickets and voicemails made on this day will be processed on 12/26/24.
  • Thursday 12/26/24 & Friday 12/27/24:
    • Modified staffing will process chats and email tickets between 5:00a PT to 5p PT.
    • Calls will be routed to voicemail and will be responded to in the order they were received.
    • Please expect longer than normal response times.
  • Saturday 12/28/24 & Sunday 12/29/24: Offices are closed for the weekend.
    • There will be no standard processing of tickets.
    • Tickets and voicemails made on these day will be processed on 12/30/24.
  • Monday 12/30/24 & Tuesday 12/31/24: 
    • Modified staffing will process chats and email tickets between 5:00a PT to 5p PT.
    • Calls will be routed to voicemail and will be responded to in the order they were received.
    • Please expect longer than normal response times.
  • Wednesday 1/1/25: Offices are closed in honor of the New Year's Day holiday.
    • There will be no standard processing of tickets.
    • Tickets and voicemails made on this day will be processed on 1/2/25.
  • Thursday 1/2/25: Standard staffing resumes to resume standard processing of tickets.
