Clarity Human Services Update Notes - 2/8/2021

Clarity Human Services will be updated on 2/8/2021. These updates require the following changes to the data analysis tool:

• Programs Alias and Agencies Alias dimensions added to the Project Descriptor model
• In the Referral Settings and Referral Community Queues views of the Project Descriptor model, dimensions for Denial Reason and Extension were added to each view
• Category was added to the Client Notes sections in the HMIS Performance and Client Model
• The Program Auto Exit Fields, Type, value of 2 has been changed from "Home" to "Permanent Destination"
  • Action Needed: Any saved Looks using Type as a filter will need to be updated
• Autoexit Type has been removed from the HMIS Performance, Coordinated Entry, and Client Models
  • The label for Autoexit Due to Housed, in the Programs view, has been changed to "Programs -- Auto-Exit to Permanent Destination" to more closely match Clarity Human Services
  • Action Needed: Any saved Looks or Dashboards which use Autoexit Type will need to be updated
  • Action Needed: Any saved Looks using Autoexit Due to Housed as a filter will need to be updated
