The following changes have been implemented in the Data Analysis Tool:
- Household Move-in Date - modified the dimension to only consider Entry Screen of the Head of Household
- Geolocation Fields - now available for Enrollment Screens, Assessments and Client Profile
Data Quality Model
- Veteran Information Error Checks - Moved from DQ Client UDE view to DQ Client Program Specific
- No changes needed for existing Looks and dashboards
- Modified the following Error fields to check dependent fields for when the error is not appropriate:
- Covered by Health Insurance Error
- Non-Cash Benefits from Any Source Error
- Income from Any Source Error
- Updated the dependent or child fields of the following to only assess errors if the parent field is set to "Yes":
- Covered by Health Insurance Error
- Non-Cash Benefits from Any Source Error
- Income from Any Source Error
- All HUD HMIS Data Elements associated with data quality error checks in the model are now included as dimensions in the model

HMIS Performance
- Outbound Recidivism re-entry fields - Modified fields which indicate re-entry without stable housing to EXCLUDE enrollments where:
- Client enters a Permanent Housing project (project types 3, 9, 10, 13) AND
- Move-in Date on Entry Screen equals the Project Start Date
- New Outbound Recidivism dimensions:
- Next Entry Program
- Next Entry Program ID
- Next Entry Program Without Stable Housing
- Next Entry Program ID Without Stable Housing
- Updated labels as shown in graphic for the following dimensions
- Chronic Homeless Calculation 2014
- Chronic Homeless at Project Start
- Chronic Homeless at PIT/Current Date
- Added a dimension to flag a client as being in a Chronically Homeless Household
- Field is defined logic provided in the HMIS Reporting Glossary

- An individual can be considered Chronically Homeless while not being in a Chronically Homeless Household
